The key objectives for this theme are:

• Broadmeadows will be known for beautiful parks and high quality regional recreational facilities
• Fit and healthy lifestyles will be encouraged with a range of options for passive and active recreation
• Parks and public spaces that are safe, beautiful and easily accessible will be encouraged
