Online Forum Guidelines

The Planning4Broadmeadows website has been developed to support the release of the Draft Structure Plan for the Broadmeadows Activities Area. The online forum is an opportunity for the community, businesses and stakeholders to provide comments and feedback regarding the draft Broadmeadows Structure Plan.

Planning4Broadmeadows is a safe, welcoming place for everyone. Comments should not:

• use offensive language or express ideas that are harmful, threatening or abusive;
• be discriminatory;
• be defamatory or obscene;
• be illegal;
• disrespect other users;
• make a personal attack on a named individual or organisation;
• contain personal information about other people if you have not obtained that person’s consent;
• contain information about yourself that may be used to identify you, if you do not wish to be identified on the world wide web, eg. I live at... and work at...
• be advertising or spam;
• falsely claim to represent a person or organisation;
• be about matters outside the draft Broadmeadows Structure Plan or planning matters involving the Broadmeadows area generally.

All comments on Planning4Broadmeadows are moderated by DPCD. DPCD has sole discretion to refuse to include or remove any content from the website, including content submitted through the online forum. Comments submitted after hours and on weekends or public holidays will not be published until the next business day.

DPCD makes no representations as to the accuracy of information present at or via the online forum.
